Phillips optimistic despite FSU, Clemson lawsuits

ACC commissioner Jim Phillips said Wednesday the pending litigation with Florida State and Clemson is "disruptive" and "harmful" but it has not changed the dynamic between them as the league wrapped up three days of meetings.
