Four Seasons Announce First Standalone Residences in Miami

Hearing news of a new Four Seasons opening is always set to pique our interest. Yet while it is usually the pages and pages of new offerings that excite us, this latest news caught our attention for what it is missing; a Four Seasons hotel. The luxury hospitality brand has announced the opening of Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, its first standalone branded residences in Florida.

The new property is set within the exclusive and historic Coconut Grove neighborhood in Miami, from which the project gets its name, building on Four Seasons’ successful and growing residential portfolio in South Florida

The groundbreaking development, which also comes from working with real estate development firms CMC Group and Fort Partners, will deliver standalone properties that offer the same luxury lifestyle that has come to be expected at Four Seasons, only with the added level of privacy and exclusivity.

"Four Seasons is elevating luxury living for discerning buyers by blending personalized service alongside prime real estate in the best locations worldwide,” said Bart Carnahan, Four Season’s president of global business development, portfolio management, and residential. “Together with our esteemed partners at Fort and CMC, we look forward to welcoming this spectacular project to our dynamic portfolio.”

Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove will offer an extensive amenities collection for residents, including a restaurant, library, state-of-the-art gym and yoga room, a spa, as well as an expansive pool deck and bar lounge. Residents will also enjoy the benefits of legendary Four Seasons service even without a hotel, such as a dedicated director of residences, concierge, housekeeping and butler services, and in-residence dining, among other offerings.

And of course, the residences themselves are set to be as exclusive as they are equally stunning. With commanding views overlooking Biscayne Bay, Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove reflects the glamour of Miami with the natural beauty of Coconut Grove, which is said to be North America’s only true urban jungle.

Interiors have been designed by Michele Bönan, who showcases craftsmanship and quality materials. Living spaces offer endless views and tropical serenity, mirroring the area’s evanescent bohemian charm, while design elements are said to have been influenced by the rhythm of the ocean. and patterns in the sand.

The first Four Seasons branded residences opened in 1985, and currently operate 53 private residence properties around the globe – and it is set to only expand in the coming years. In fact, the brand says that more than three-quarters of planned future Four Seasons projects will include a residential component. Meaning Coconut Grove may be the brand’s first standalone residence in Florida, but we have a feeling it won’t be the last for the Four Seasons.
