While all Dom Pérignon Champagne is vintage, each time this esteemed Maison releases a new vintage, it remains a momentous occasion. This summer, Dom Pérignon has decided to take things up a notch, hosting exclusive bookable evenings between July 19–2 on an undisclosed estate in the Hamptons. During these experiences, the highly established champagne house will reveal its two latest vintages, Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2 (P2). At the event, Argentine culinary maestro Francis Mallmann will also be adding a touch of his own gastronomic flare.
Each evening — set in the grounds of a 21-acre Hamptons estate — will see attendees sample the two new Dom Pérignon vintages, before sitting down to enjoy a menu the chef has specifically created to mirror the complex and delicate flavors of these new releases.
“Taking inspiration from Dom Pérignon's latest creations, I'm thrilled to guide guests through a culinary journey where textures and flavors harmonize in unexpected ways,” said chef Mallmann. “Each dish will be an invitation to explore the nuanced depths of these spectacular vintages.”
Mallmann’s Hamptons gastronomic experience is set to begin with attendees enjoying the new Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015. This release is distinct thanks to its profile that is assertive, structured and provoking. The early courses crafted by Mallmann have been specifically created to pair suitably with this new release. As the meal continues, guests will transition to the Vintage 2006 Plénitude 2, highlighted by its impressive viscosity, suppleness and texture.
“This experience with chef Mallmann allows us to create a space where we celebrate the balance found in opposing forces, inviting guests to savor the convergence of exceptional culinary and champagne artistry while surrounded by the stunning ocean backdrop,” says Vincent Chaperon, chef de cave of Dom Pérignon. “This Dom Pérignon encounter opens the door to a world of endless possibilities, brought to life through the rare prestige of our latest Vintages.”
