Mykonos is one of the most visited destinations in Greece, and rightly so. Its shimmering waters, stirred by gentle winds, attract surfers from around the globe, and the island's crisp white architecture – dotted with charming miniature Orthodox churches – rests beautifully on a golden landscape like a pearl unearthed from a shell. It's a place that captivates the eye, yet with so much attention on its vibrant nightlife, it can be difficult to separate its partying reputation from its paradisiacal charm. But not at Bill & Coo.
Since Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge opened in 2006, a new level of luxury was introduced to the island. Embodying a Cycladic style with white-washed walls, curved architecture and earthy interiors, it cultivates a perfect calm while still only being a stone's throw from the bustle of town.
A decade later, the adults-only Bill & Coo Coastal Suites brought an even deeper sense of closeness to the hotel’s portfolio; featuring infinity pools that merge with the Aegean Sea and a restaurant that overlooks Mykonos' golden beaches.
Stay
In harmony with Mykonos’ minimal aesthetic, the two properties at Bill & Coo – only a seven-minute drive apart via complimentary taxis – embody a sense of simplicity that fosters clarity of mind. Recently redesigned by the British interior design firm K-Studio in 2022, they now reflect the island’s natural architecture using local building techniques and natural materials in the designs.
At Bill & Coo Suites & Lounge, its elevated location offers the 32 suites serene views of the sea and expansive skies. As you descend the flights of stone steps and pass by the herb garden that supplies Bill & Coo's kitchens, three villas can also be rented and interconnected through back doors, creating a unified terrace for families.
Each villa offers 860 sq ft of indoor space and 1,290 sq ft of outdoor terrace and pool, allowing guests to enjoy up to 2,580 sq ft of living space and 360-degree views of crystal waters and vibrant foliage when connected.

For couples, the adult-only suites and villas at The Coast are an intimate sanctuary paved with stone. With 25 suites and three villas available at this property, guests have the luxury of choosing their preferred amount of space, though regardless of choice, sun-flooded rooms with crisp white sheets await.
For the ultimate experience, we recommend the Grand Beachfront Suite with a Pool. Featuring a kingsize bed that engulfs you in ultimate luxury and lends views of your private veranda that overlooks the sea, this suite allows you to enjoy a room-serviced breakfast while dipping in and out of your private pool and pair of sunbeds.
At Bill & Coo, guests also have the luxury of a personal assistant upon request, though 24-hour room service and maid service twice a day are complimentary.

Dine
This March marked a new era for Bill & Coo’s dining offering as a new leadership team brought with them a trio of fresh F&B options. This includes the fine dining restaurant Yevo at Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge, where – within the walls of a sea-facing glass restaurant – guests can choose from a five or seven-course menu that is utterly inspired by the natural riches of the island.
From a refreshing basil sorbet with diced cucumber to cod topped with beluga caviar, chef Aggelos Bakopoulos creates a riveting Greek menu with a modern twist that is elegantly accompanied by the wine chosen by sommelier Andreas Hoxha.
Neighboring this fine dining establishment is the Sunset Lounge, home to a new mixology bar brought to Bill & Coo by the team behind Athens-based World 50 Best Bar, The Clumsies. The new mixology trio, Georgia Georgakopoulou, Lefteris Petrogeorgakis and Nikos Sourmpatis, have created a menu that tastefully mirrors each location, with creative cocktails such as dry martini flavored with tzatziki on the pool-side menu.

Offering a more laid-back experience on the other side of the island, The Coast welcomes its new restaurant, Coozest, whose name fittingly evokes the warmth of the English word 'coziest'. Nestled along the coastline, Coozest embodies the essence of Greek cuisine in a setting adorned with cushioned sofas and folded blankets that await the evening breeze.
Coozzest – alongside the hotel’s new bakery – also sees a traditional Greek breakfast freshly plated each morning. Guests can enjoy this at these seaside tables or in the comfort of their suite.
From here, you can also glimpse the private beach that connects to the delectable Beefbar restaurant, notably the only one in the world with its own private beach and sushi offering.
Fusing prime cuts of beef with freshly caught seafood, Beefbar serves up sharing platters that are bold and experimental in flavor yet unpretentiously hearty; they feed the soul. Signature dishes include its crisp crab bites with baby gem lettuce, refreshing passion fruit tiradito, truffle fries and paradise pepper fillet steak, all of which precede a shimmering gold bar dessert that is embossed with the Beefbar logo.
